Good Tidings is an excellent plumbing heating and cooling business. I have had the pleasure of working with them for years on many jobs that have been large, tough jobs. We recently experienced flooding in our basement and Good Tidings was ready to help us in finding a solution. The technician came in to our home and assessed the situation. He was polite, respectful, and very patient with me when I was stressed and in bad place. He worked closely with us and his office to come to an agreement that worked for everyone. He was able to complete part of the work that day, and came back another day with a crew to install a new sump pit in our basement. I am very happy with the work they did and will continue to recommend their work and the wonderful folks who work there.

We contacted Good Tidings to get a back up sump pump. The original failed we had to manually pump water out. I did my own research on a battery back up. When Good Tidings came, The technician suggested the water power pump. He explained the pros and cons of each. I researched the unit and it was truly great. We financed the project, and they got the job done in one day. They were very kind, professional, and kept a clean workspace. Good Tidings is excellent to work with as a company. They’re always prompt as possible even on holidays when our plumbing seems to break. Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
