It was a very comfortable feeling knowing that the job was going to be done well. The technicians came and explained everything to us very professionally and in simple terms, and didn’t encourage us to spend more than we needed. They installed our furnace, a/c, and water heater and were very conscious of maintaining cleanliness throughout their work, and they didn’t mind me asking questions and peeking in.
