My experiences with Good Tidings have been first rate! When I called in I was expecting to be put on a schedule for a week with my minor issue, but I was surprised with same day service. The service coordinator in the office was very helpful. I always get great service from the technicians who come out. Multiple guys have visited and are all very pleasant, their work is good. They look into the problem and give you the right solution.

When we called with an urgent situation, we spoke to Bruce on the phone. He was so helpful and apathetic to our situation. They didn’t have any technicians available since we called later in the evening, but they made time for us first thing in the morning, which I felt was a very timely response. Rob arrived, repaired our toilet that day and helped with financing the larger part of the work. Now we have heat and a new water heater. All the team members display professionalism and are friendly. I’m very happy with their work and their timeliness.
