Good tidings came right on time, promptly called at 230, the tech arrived at 330, quickly thoroughly investigated the problem, and gave honest reasonable pricing. We recently experienced flooding in our basement and Good Tidings was ready to help us in finding a solution. The technician came in to our home and assessed the situation. He was polite, respectful, and very patient with me when I was stressed and in bad place. He worked closely with us and his office to come to an agreement that worked for everyone. He was able to complete part of the work that day, and came back another day with a crew to install a new sump pit in our basement. Found Good Tidings on the internet, reviews were very good, and gave them a call. Service came later that afternoon and they were sure to always keep me informed as to the technicians status . Problem was discovered and parts were ordered. Final repair was done the following day. The technician even left us with portable heaters overnight. We were toasty thru the night. We contacted Good Tidings to get a back up sump pump. The original failed we had to manually pump water out. I did my own research on a battery back up. When Good Tidings came, The technician suggested the water power pump. He explained the pros and cons of each. I researched the unit and it was truly great. Good Tidings was very professional. I just bought a new home and it had major plumbing issues. They came out three times to unclog the underground laundry drain but the clog was major and the pipe is very old. Good Tidings offered me several options to fix the problem. They installed a new underground pipe and now I do not have to worry about any more clogs. They were considerate of my home and only used the back door and cleaned up. They kept me aware of every step along the way. Now I am using them to redirect my sump pump discharge line. They explain everything so thoroughly. You will not be disappointed. The technicians are great!!!
