When we called with an urgent situation, we spoke to Bruce on the phone. He was so helpful and apathetic to our situation. They didn’t have any technicians available since we called later in the evening, but they made time for us first thing in the morning, which I felt was a very timely response. Rob arrived, repaired our toilet that day and helped with financing the larger part of the work. Now we have heat and a new water heater. Good Tidings was very professional. I just bought a new home and it had major plumbing issues. They came out three times to unclog the underground laundry drain but the clog was major and the pipe is very old. Good Tidings offered me several options to fix the problem. They installed a new underground pipe and now I do not have to worry about any more clogs. They were considerate of my home and only used the back door and cleaned up. They kept me aware of every step along the way. Now I am using them to redirect my sump pump discharge line. They explain everything so thoroughly. You will not be disappointed. The technicians are great!!!

My faucet “died” on me on Saturday evening of Easter weekend. I needed someone who was A.) Open for business and B.) Able to come quickly. I found Good Tidings on the internet and was quickly put at ease by Alex who scheduled Victor to come out ASAP. Victor arrived, was very friendly and personable and thoroughly evaluated the situation. Unfortunately a full replacement would be necessary. On Monday, Adam arrived with Mike to do the job. Adam explained what was needed in great detail and in terms I could understand. With Mike’s assistance, Adam finished the job in good timing, the workmanship was spot on. I am impressed with Good Tidings and I have even signed on as a VIP member.
