Found Good Tidings on the internet, reviews were very good, and gave them a call. Service came later that afternoon and they were sure to always keep me informed as to the technicians status . Problem was discovered and parts were ordered. Final repair was done the following day. The technician even left us with portable heaters overnight. We were toasty thru the night. I would not hesitate to call good tidings again.
